What is your Real Estate Photo Pricing?
There are several options that can affect the price of every shoot, please call for further details. Full HDR set, 24 hour turnaround, Sky, TV, & Fireplace swaps always included. Plus, take advantage of other options like custom property flyers and websites, virtual staging, lawn replacements, 360° virtual tours, floor plans, and social media highlight videos.
How do I book a shoot?

How much does a portrait shoot cost?
- Family sessions up to 5 people start at $250.00 (One hour on site plus 10 free downloads).*
- Seniors/ single person portrait shoots start at $200.00 (45-60 mins. on site plus 5 free downloads).*
- Headshots are $150.00 - up to one hour (ask about group rates and background details).
- Shoots may include travel fees and permit costs if necessary.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I am open to discussing payment options as needed.
What payment methods are available?
Cash, Paypal, Check, Credit or Debit Card.
How much does a product shoot cost?
Product shoots are billed hourly based on shoot time and editing requirements. Inquire for pricing structure.
Do you give lessons?
Yes! I offer one on one intro to photography sessions covering digital photography.
*Your own equipment is required, I shoot with Nikon cameras.
Do you work internationally?
Not at this time.
